Brighto Flexi Roof Coat (Water Proofing) is acrylic copolymer emulsion based system which provides durable waterproofing performance and protect roofs. It provides a flexible and elastomeric no permeable seamless membrane with excellent adhesion. It absorbs possible shocks caused by contraction and expansion of the surfaces. It is lead and formaldehyde free.
Special Features
New, bare, old or previously painted surface must be clean dry, free from wax and dust. Clean the surface by rubbing down with abrasive paper. Brush down previously painted surfaces completely and make the surface smooth. Dust off with the help of cloth, Use the recommended application procedure for application. Stir thoroughly before use.
